Bambus Stübchen in Norden Asia&Sushi

As a passionate and experienced Asian snack bar goer, I know what good Asian cuisine is all about – and the Bambus Stübchen in Norden didn't disappoint. I opted for number 25, Szechuan-style with baked chicken. The chicken was perfectly cooked, wonderfully crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauce was – as described – slightly spicy, fruity, and slightly tropical – just the right balance of sweet and spicy. A quick note for visitors: The restrooms are located behind the warehouse and are not very user-friendly, as they can only be reached via a staircase. But anyone who knows their way around the restaurant industry knows: If the restrooms lead through the warehouse, the food is probably really freshly cooked – and you can taste it. Overall, a successful visit to a friendly snack bar with authentic, high-quality cuisine. I'd be happy to come back!

Small, inconspicuous shop, but incredibly good and fresh food. I've never eaten such a good Thai curry. Everything is freshly prepared, with great ingredients, and the sushi looks amazing, too. Great atmosphere and friendly service. And all at a fair price – freshly prepared Thai curry with a drink for under €15 – what can I say? Great :-)

Beautifully designed bamboo parlor. Great atmosphere! Super delicious food, and the children's wishes were catered for. Wide selection of dishes and very friendly staff. Seating is also available outside the bamboo parlor.

Great sushi, superb service! Fresh fish, creative rolls, and lovingly presented – everything is just right here. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is attentive and warm. You can tell the passion is put into this. Highly recommended!

A great restaurant. The food was fantastic. We also had the large sushi platter, which was incredibly extensive. Absolutely fantastic!

We ordered food for delivery and were thrilled. The delivery arrived ahead of schedule, and the food was still piping hot... and delicious. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding sushi experience! I was absolutely thrilled with the quality and presentation of this sushi plate! The avocado nigiri were fresh, perfectly sliced, and had a subtle hint of wasabi – simply delicious. The roll with avocado (Hawaiian roll) and a delicate sauce was flavorfully balanced and very creatively presented. The flambéed salmon nigiri was tender, lightly smoked, and finished with a delicious mayo – a real highlight! The side dish set with fresh ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce also rounded off the meal perfectly. The presentation was aesthetically pleasing and lovingly designed, and the quality of the ingredients was consistently excellent. An absolute must for all sushi lovers – I'll definitely be back!

We discovered the shop quite by chance and were very pleasantly surprised! Everything was delicious, and we would have loved to try three or four more dishes. The service was very friendly and quick. It's a shame we don't live closer :)

It's simply a pleasure to get such fresh, fabulous food. Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly rare in Friesland. We'll definitely be back on our next vacation to enjoy another great meal from this fantastic kitchen!

Super delicious, freshly made, crunchy vegetables, and rice that's perfect for chopsticks. Highly recommended!

Small, but the food is excellent, fresh, and delicious. Located on a quiet street, with great outdoor seating.
